Refund Policy
At La Neve, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of skincare and body care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lanevebeauty.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
